this flower essence is my answer to the rescue remedy Bach flower essence formula - made with a trio of flowers from plants i’ve been living with + tending to for over a decade, this formula is well indicated for folks who need i quick but gentle nudge back to center.
three flower formula is meant to comfort, hold and support us through all our stuck patterns. ushering us back to a vital creative flow, parting ways with any apathetic habits, reconnecting us with an embodied sense of joy, optimism + connection w the youngest rosey-eyed parts of ourselves.
i considered calling this essence “mother, maiden, crone” but that didn’t capture the full complexity of these flowers working together - however the theme still resonates in that each of these flowers can represent a different facet or stage of personal development/maturation, which we each have in us at all times.
working with this formula invites us deeper into balance - allowing past present and future to coexist without one dominating the others. whole in all our parts. willing to live. willing to love. willing to laugh at each other and ourselves. a little bit of hope in a bottle (if there could be such a thing!)
ingredients : no-pick strawberry, rose + pomegranate flower essences intentionally suspended in tulsi infused glycerine to encourage deep harmony throughout the entire body mind + spirit
